Mitigation is addressed by
way of a proposed 30-meter
feeder road that defines the
northern border of the phase
1 property. This road feeds
a proposed 60m link road less
than a kilometer away connecting
the northern bypass to Waiyaki
Way near the CCK, allowing

in the capital city within
